    ah... good for u.

in that case... since u've mentioned that u've ridden a pulsar only a couple of times...
it would make sense if u bought a P220 or something...
and then... a couple years later... u can prolly consider a significantly bigger bike.

but if u're asking if it makes sense on a litreclass being ur first bike.

    NO!

Yup ! Changed my mind ! Lol ! I wanna be a responsible rider and hence I don't wanna end up being a fool and end up going for a litre class bike straight away. I'm gonna wait till I have enough skill to ride a litre class one. And when the time comes, I know for sure I'll enjoy it even more than what I would have if I bought the bike now. So I am now keen on getting the Ninja 250R

Hey Guys..I have been having plans of getting a 400+ cc bike in near future as well. My question is not about 'If I should?' but its about what are the options that I have available?
I am aware of the fact that Hyosung bikes would be coming in next year and also have been reading about the Kawasaki 600cc bike. Any update on when the Kawasaki can be expected to launch?
I have been riding a Karizma for past 6yrs and is still a fun to ride it. Would love to get a 400cc bike, but I guess I will have settle for a used one in this category. Which I would want to avoid.

Good choice. Wait for a while and the 2011 model with the new paint scheme and the 'renewed' console might go on sale.

Nothing much has changed actually. Except for a new White colour scheme (which is quite bland IMO ) and for the new White background instrumentation console.
