Welcome to Club Busa....
Welcome to the Superbiking World and many congrats on getting that BusaOriginally posted by kkrocksHey guys . Sorry I had exams so could not reply to all ur questions....n let me make it clear that neither I sell cocaine nor I m a hitman ....I m just a human being like u all...even I dream such as u all people do....even I hav sacrificed my childhood days n ma College days...only god knows how many meals or dinner I hav skipped to save for ma byk.....I study through distant education n do part tym job in ma uncle's business as a jewellery designer....I also buy n sell second hand cars n do real estate business ...I earn a quite gud amount of money from these sources...I m saving all dez money from past 2 years....i m not a stunt maniac or harsh driver...I like to cruise at 40-50 ....n about d avatar pic wit out a helmet- It was just a casual pic taken out side of ma flat....I was nt driving , just a pose ....!! I got a second hnd byk so it was nt a huge amount to manage....for d safety I know ma limits of speed...I know d value of money I spend n also know d value of ma lyf n others lyk....(no offense) ...n I hav experience of ridding a sbk for past 2 years...ma friend has a r1 n a cbr.....I drive it daily... I hav also read all d fantastic life changing n inspiring stories here in xbhp threads...I respect all those great people...n special thanks to @ ramprasad uncle..."heyRam" ... His story n awesome rite up has changed me a lot....n also many others.... Once again THANK U all for ur support , gud luck n wishes...thank u...
I am sure you have done all your homework before you twist that throttle.
Busa power is maddening and trust me this is not an exaggeration.
13,500 kms in one year and my Busa still loves to throws me surprises every now and then. One of them was today on the wet tarmac
So be very calmed and composed when you ride it - even in C mode
You would get all sorts of people on the Road who would incite you... But then you and your machine shouldnt be getting into those @ all. I know at this age the adrenaline rush can spur you, but let the matured rider in you give a pass to those tempation
Time and again it has been said that the Busa can be unforgiving
Its Heavy n Huge - powerful and demands respect.
I agree 110% with SheelpriyeOriginally posted by sheelpriye View PostKKRocks - I would recommend you to take CSS classes which happen right in your back-yard, the MMST. And yes, want to drool? Have a look and pick few stuff. They are worth every penny Performance Racing Store
Ride safe ya!
You should start out with at low speed. Take the training course for the rider class, set up some cones, and learned to feel the weight at low speeds
The busa's low end torque is great...
Newbie's like us should take the time to really learn the busa.
How to manuever at slow speeds, and then getting out on some back roads to learn road speeds. What an agile cat the busa is on a curve !!!
Just because you own one, doesn't mean you have to ride it like a race bike, All the time.
I am sure you would love it more and more with each ride
I have fallen in love with it at low speeds Even though it was heavy, it responded like it knew my intention, and that too at normal mumbai road speed. Whenever i Ride her, i m Joyous
I plan to do the CSS course next Feb. JOin in, it would be fun rediscovering the Art of motorcycling.
Welcome to the Big Daddy of street bikes

@kkrocks... Congratulation for ur new ride!
I must say I'm baffled by the ridiculous questions that some have asked here... U got the ride, u have fun and be responsible. It's nobody's right to question u how u got it or whether u deserve it! It would have been appropriate to offer advise and tips to ride better..
