That's the sexiest derriere of any Midori I've seen in the subcontinent.

That tail lights look amazing and work super cool it looks like.
I wonder why manufacturers don't have indicators with the tail lamps in stock as well.
Looks great. Lesser stuff to break.

If you think of it, none of manufacturers provided the integrated tail light but almost for all models you will find some or the other company provide this as a accessory.
I think manufacturers may have a reason to not include this, perhaps some legal rules which states turn signals should be separate from brake light.

Totally agree. Could be for better visibility as well. When you turn on hazard lights (4 indicators) now it will look like one.

I was actually thinking why can't manufacturers give integrated indicators as in ZMR ? Because it's very wide?

Anyways ur green girl looks hot though [emoji14]

I'm looking for 650 frame sliders and needed some help.

I've seen the r&g at PRS for about 11k. I've read on this thread about them being available for 8500. Is that still the case or had the price gone up?

Also has anyone tried the kraftwerk ones from dsg?

                • Midori reaches 50,000 KMS Milestone

50,000 kms done on my 2012 Ninja 650. So far in my ownership of this Green beauty there were 3 problems which I have faced apart from usual maintenance.

                  1. Radiator Fan - Stopped working after one fine rainy ride in which I took the bike through rediculous amount of slush and mud. Got replaced under warranty.
                  2. Fork Seal Leak - During my Bhutan ride, the Fork Seal developed a leak. On a good note, it lasted over 40K kms before it went bad which may be a positive sign too
                  3. Battery Dead - Last week after 2 years & 3 months finally my battery gave up. All of a sudden it was completely discharged. Tried to charge it and even after many hours of charge it only managed to reach 10 AMP whereas an ideal battery may not take more than 1-2 hours to fully charge AFAIK.

Overall very happy with Ninja 650 & while a plethora of bikes are getting launched in India, this bike is here to stay with me for much more longer period than I had initially planned.

as per legal rules in western countries, there is a minimum distance specified between two turn indicators, lights of brake-lamp, turn lamp etc. our rules are also based on those loosely.

it aids for visual separation for drivers/riders behind you. from a distance its not easy to distinguish if the vehicle is turning right or left with integrated lights.

                            these are mostly illegal

Congratulations Sachin sir:thumbup: your midori would be very much pleased the way you have attended the bike over the last 2 years. The odometer proves it. 50k kms on a bike in 2 years is very much high & it has reponded to it in a very good way even. Only 3 problems in 2 years is touchwood.
Hoping to see many more kms & places on your midori.
                              Best wishes

                                Hey Guys,

It's been a while I penned down my experience and journey with Midori. Last big ride I did was in Nov'14 to Bhutan which was followed by a couple of 2K kms trips to Udupi & Goa. Now, it's time for the next big ride to begin and perhaps the most exciting ride I have done.

So, We all must be familiar with Wrangler's True Wanderer Ride. A platform that allows riders to post their ride experiences and the lucky shortlisted entries get an all paid expense trip for 7 days. I added my entry this year and you can read my entry in the below link.

Yesterday, the Top 10 Finalists were announced and I was ecstatic to see my name in the list. Below link is my new TW blog link where I have updated a short introduction about myself. This link will be used in future for updating the live blog on the move starting 5 May.

Most of you have followed the Green Affair Thread quite religiously in the last 2 years and it's a pleasure to meet few of you in random places mentioning about this thread. I hope you guys will follow the ride which I'll be posting as in TW 4.0. Do RATE & VOTE my blog. Every Vote counts

                                Cheers!
