It's a 10 AMP battery. I am not sure if Amaron or Exide offer 10 AMP battery. I replaced my battery with Yuasa Battery for 8500.

a little bit of myself- a chemical engineer by profession, n keenly interested in machines n there working. So much that i screwed my old ct100 my killing her engine(changing bore).

Sachin, what are the latest developments? Have you been able to procure the part from Thailand? Also, is the spare cost in India >10k?

Midori is back finally! The Stator coil has been replaced and Midori is back in action. The stator coil costed 12,400 from Official KTM service center.
I will be going on a weekend trip tomorrow and will post an update later about the ride. For now, the most important thing is my bike is back to riding state.

Few things I noticed after few randoms rides is under braking the front end wobbles and I felt the same even while turning the bike. Perhaps I need to get my cone set & wheel bearings checked and probably replace them.

Since the bike has clocked over 56K kms, it seems that all the one time wear & tear parts are finally showing their age one at a time
Apart from the regular service, here's what I have changed so far in bike as and when the situation arrived.

1. Radiator Fan (Once. Free of cost under warranty @36000 kms)
2. Front Fork Seals (Once @41000 kms)
3. Battery (Once @50000 kms)
4. Spark Plug (Once @27000 kms)
5. Stator Coil (Once @56000 kms)
6. Tires (Twice)
7. Chain Sprocket (Twice)
8. Brake Pads (Twice)

Not that I am complaining, this is an universal fact of owning any bike. As we keep clocking more and more miles on the bike there will be few wear & tear parts which would need replacement in due course. Some bikes are cheap to maintain while some turn out to be bit heavy on the pocket. Having said that I am glad the bike has performed flawlessly in all the rides I have taken her so far and all the parts that are replaced / need replacement have been fully utilized.

Why do I mention about this all of a sudden? It's because may be going forward you may see things related to parts that needs to be changed, replaced, etc etc but it should not be taken in a wrong way that bike is not reliable or has durability issues, it simply means they have lived their life to the fullest and should make way for new part

P.S. I am yet to change clutch plates. I am yet to do Valve clearance check. And may be there are a dozen more things which needs attention so if we have some experts here who have ownership experience for high mileage on their bikes do share your thoughts if there are any specific things I should look into to increase longevity of the bike.

Another Side Note - There have been dozen instances where I have felt that I should change the paint scheme (Wanna stick to Green) but I always convince myself its not the right time

Regarding longevity, your thread is ample an example. Obviously, now more parts would need replacement as they have outlived themselves already!
I guess the SVC would be checking valve clearance at regular intervals (20k kms or so) no?

I'm facing the same with my ZMR now as the entire bike is stock (including sprockets, clutch plates etc) and now they're all showing signs of wear at the same time.

Congrats buddy!! Check your owners manual too. In the owners manual of my Ninja 300 there are lot of things mentioned to be done at service center at 12000, 24000, 48000 Kms and so on.

Some of the things that I want to highlight from the manual are:

1. Oil and Oil filter change. ( Hell Yeah, you read it write. They ask to change Oil and Oil filter every 12000 Kms. Isn't that amazing!! However, I change it at 5-6000 Kms)
2. Engine vacuum synchronisation.
3. Coolant, water hoses and O-rings every 3 years or 36000 Kms
4. Valve Clearance
5. Air Suction system
6. Wheel bearing damage
7. Drive chain & Chain guide wear
8. Suspension systems

My bike has done 15000 Kms in just under a year, and I don't want the mechanics to touch any thing else on my bike. Just replace the Oil, Oil filter, clean the air filter, and dont wash...thats it.

Unless there is a problem, no need to fix it.

After fixing the stator coil issue last month, I did a couple of rides. Koyna Dam & Lavasa Dam, so around 1000 kms done and bike performed well except for the fact that I realized its time to change the tires. Michelin PR2 lasted around 20K kms and I may use them a bit more on my risk. By far the best tire in terms of cost, performance and durability. From what I know its difficult to source them now since they are phasing out and not manufactured any more. I could be wrong. But that's the news I m hearing. I will hunt for new tires probably next month and hope to find a set for a decent cost.

Service is due in another 200 kms and I have a new issue too. The Engine warning light lit up couple of days back and bike did not start. Switched off and switched on. Did start after I hold the starter for 5 odd secs. Weird. Happened again yesterday in return journey (in city meet) as the yellow light lit up. Same process as above repeated and started. So its random and happens irregularly. Somethings wrong somewhere. Yellow light means something to do with DFI. I can hear a faint sound from ECU unit when I try to crank sometimes. I have some self diagnostics check from service book (Courtesy KNOG Group Members) to try and fix the issue. Will try it this Saturday to see if that fixes the issue. Else will take it to service centre.
