Thumbs up to Sandeep Sir for trusting someone with his bike...and not just any bike....it takes a lot of faith and big heart to let someone ride your SBK.
Being a SBK onwer myself....i know how hard it is. But the look on someones face after they get a ride is priceless.....aint no master card buying that look...
Congrats on tasting SBK blood. Keep on dreaming bud...it will come true eventually.

^^ Tell me about it! I once sat on a lime green Ninja 636.....these bikes and their ergos are to die for. Although, some actually die out of fatigue due to their crazy positions. :P But hey life's too short to miss out on such a feeling, right?10 Commandments:

Hi GG,, really emotional. you made my day.
Everytime i read an emotional experience from a biker friend i'm amazed with the fact that the emotion is sooo similar even without experiencing it firsthand, yet we being different people from different place. Is biking such a thing that it evens out all the differences? I guess it is and once again proud to be a biker and that i met and read about you all.

gr8 writeup Sunil. Could totally relate with your feelings. As mentioned in an earlier thread, i managed to ask Sunny if i could sit on the R1 and take a few snaps when we were at the Banyan tree (on the way to Nandi hills). I was petrified just to sit on it and after sometime actually had goose pimples just sitting on it. Now imagine if i had got a chance to ride, would have surely jumped from here to the moon and back
so now that Baptism is over, when is the confirmation

Thanks man.Originally posted by kar1zma View Postman congrats on that experiance
do tell me did it tire u after riding the beast and experiancing the g force
i sure did after my first few rides. ive touched 279 with the 6th gear remaining woah these bikes pick speed too fast
. Tire? You better ask this question to Sunny and Old Fox bro. If you are not on highway, this thing is pretty tiring. While braking every milligram of your body weight comes on to your shoulders and wrists. You need to have a very high stamina level to ride it to long distances like these guys did. I once rode it from Allepey towards Munnar on that bumpy hill roads and within few minutes i was thinking of going back on my R15
.
Thanks mate.Originally posted by KwokFist View PostGupta-Jee!! Congratulations! Great write up there about ur experience on the R1! Great man!

True bro, the emotions are same. No matter who you are, where you are, or what language you speak. The spirit of biking is what keeps us all together.Originally posted by Ranjith View PostHi GG,, really emotional. you made my day.
