hmm.. they seem to be very careful about this servicing thing. like only select dealerships in select cities etc .. plus world class bikes are actually easier to service than cheap ones because unless you screw something up nothing really goes wrong. anyway i ve found that kinetic is a responsive company. you write to them, they write back.. thats very reassuring. i ve written to Honda (with a query), Bajaj & TVS (to complain) but they never bothered to reply.. all in all, i really like Kinetic as a company.
