    honda....are you listening???

great buy and then bad service kills all the fun. am sure you are upset. i have heard of one cb1000r in pune not getting registered for the last 2 months and the customer is running around in circles.
as for me i had a good experience with suzuki when i got my black K9 busa. all went some what smoothly till delivery, rto and registration was the problem, but the pune dealer swargate suzuki had to go personally for 5 days to the rto to sort out the registration.
HONDA if you are reading this you need to do damage control quickly.
    cheers on your new buy.
    dreams come true..

      Congrats on your new ride...
Indeed sad to hear about the "Coldness" showed by Honda towards such premium customers...
I was expecting better treatment since Honda directly handles the SBK sales...

PS: Waiting for more pics and a ride report

Sweet ride bro. Looks bad ass.
As for the customer support....its sad. Paying 10 lakhs up words does demand good service. Heck anything a customer pays for demands good service.
Hopefully Honda will put more heart into their SBK business.

          Ride safe man.

Just hope that you don't have any problems with the bike for which you need support from the company. Trust me, we have had and are having a very difficult time with Honda.

man, this thread is so old, I thought its a new topic, and was surprised to see my reply in it !!
Guess, the owner was venting out his frustration (can be frustrating if you cant ride your superbike much), and now as his first post is his only, it seems he is in love or something with his honda and completely forgotten that he ever complained ?
May the torque be with you..

                      6) A week later I'm still waiting for the bike to be registered as paper work is getting delayed, the problem is the dealer does not care as he did not sell you the vehicle, Honda Sales got their money so they don't care.
Sorry to read your ordeal and Honda 'should' look into this ASAP.

Any broker would have done this work and I for one wouldn't have cared and got this done myself with a bit of palm-greasing. (The registration work IS a part of the seller and it should have been taken care of promptly)

                      Congratulations and enjoy your ride

EDIT--Just read fireblah's reply and realized my folly

even though the topic is old its not irrelevant.
honda's service is pathetic. dont know about sbks
but getting a uni or stunner or shine serviced in itself is a big ordeal.
to hear even sbk users face this problem is just pathetic.
honda service centres here have that attitude with them.
feel like slapping them on their face. as if we are asking them
to give us and service the bike for free !
                          Regardless, Life shall go on.
