nice found ace, if anyone is still not able to understand the working here it is,
>the inner circular wheel is made and tires r seperately designed with an internal metal lining. then this tyre is placed over the int. wheel and small circular balls r filled in b/w them. for the braking brake pads r placed attached to the inner wheel i.e b/w the both circular disks, along the balls.
>now if u notice carefully the inner wheel is holded with strong plates on both the sides which r attached to the chasis of the bike.
