    guys i need your proper suggestion about my idea of re designing .....i hope you people like this...

    fitted 1 projector lamp {gr8 lightening}
    done a little paint job having
    some flames on it...

              How did you seal the projector? I have the same mounting idea but the projector is open from the sides, thus rain can cause problems.

                i have sealed them from both the side.....totally waterproof now...

                  Yes and that is what I am interested in...what material did you use to seal the assembly, and what all places required sealing?

                  Specifically, the lens assembly, and the bulb portion, are they okay to use directly or did you do something about them too?

                  Also, could you please take a close-up pic of the projector assembly sometime and post here?

                            well about the sealing procedure ..i have made a temporary sealing....tapped it and the openings of the projector r sealed with a tin like material and over it the tapping is dr....
