@ aalop - thanx for ur concern brother, but i m also planning to fit disc brakes in my Rx 100.So u can understand my questions well as you have done ur rebuild recently.

Are those pulsar forks direct fit shocker rods, or u have done any modifications to that, and one ques more.

Is your speedometer working after this ????

1 if u have mono the bike is not performing good in double seat(silencer is touching the road if u go in uneven surface or while taking the turn )
2 for the single piston caliper we used 220 claiper but it troubled us lot all time brake makes us sound and braking is not good.
        .
        1. that only means it wasnt set up right. there ahould be no reason why a bike would behave like that if the suspension is ser right.

        2. again the caliper was not set right. if it can perform well on a 220, why will it not here? there is a reason why bikes the world over use a single piston caliper at the rear. you could try a R15 or a Dazzler CB unicorn rear caliper and disc.

@roshiba777 the cost of rear disk is around 7000-7500.

@prakhararya ya its directly fitted and speedometer also work fine

@yamdoot ask 220 users that the rear brakes work fine they feel to much problem also the disk pads quality is not good.
about yamaha r15 disk pads the cost of it 1100 and they worn out soon and i have no idea about dazzler (also there is always shortage of honda parts)

so the final decision is stick to humara bajaj(its cheap and good) and i lived in pune so i can find parts easily.

I guess its called the Yamaha Racing Blue, good rear setup for the Z hows the breaking part put in some inputs is it really worth spending,or the drum breaks are the best ones to survive keeping only the front disc setup.

Anand - Kudos for completing the RX-Z rebuild, the bike looks really beautiful. Now, tell me how is the feeling after going through this rebuild process? When I was asked, had no words how to describe the feeling. Take care of her
