        HI GUYS
Today morning 9:30 i fixed the expansion chamber on my bike .. when i fired up the engine for the first time it gave me a big smile on my face it had a nasty sound loved it .. but unfortunately i cant run on that sound .. if i do cops will charge me for sure .. so lowered the sound little bit .. for the whole day i was raiding my bike.. it got every ones attention, did little bit of show off too .. it gave a good pick up ..was drizzling the whole day cant do top speed .. first 2 gears was quick an gave me 3 to 5 kmph more speed.. 3 and 4 gear could't tell the exact performance but i am sure it had more punch than before

over all it performed really well ... it made me happy .. thanks for u r support guys

        CHEERS .........

You need to redo the headers and stinger section, a normal pipe being heated and bended is not the way to go, if i am correct the header section dia should match with your exhaust port dimesnsions.

no pycho header dia is more than exhaust dia

Thinking of building one for myself too...0.7mm steel sheet would be good i guess??
I get all the headers diffusers and other things. but what i dont get is the way to bend them circularly in a uniform profile. Will it be Hammer and chisel work or some other way??
Also reguarding the stinger....The stinger pipe has to has some holes on it across the length or just a single outlet at the back. And whats that round circular box covering the stinger pipe?? Is it made out of the same steel sheet?
