Thanks bro. Infact the colour scheme is designed by a guy named Gautham from Thiruvalla. A well known stunter in kerala and me and my friends from Kollam made it real. About the watermarks, I should have done that. Infact I forgot abt that. Coz it was already too late to post here.

Lol.. you are true bro. Everywhere it goes, it turns eye balls. Green Helmet, Green bike. But the problem is, from the front view the deigns are not visible. So the peolple coming from opposite direction thinks some moron painted his bike and his helmet green. So many people are used to laugh at me. But the people at side and my tail, always will have a second look and a smile.

To be frank, its an eyecandy for normal guys even for old people and an eyesore for the guys who riding xXx labelled CBRs and Honda R1s.

Well guys, I need help with the tuning of my bike. There is something wrong with the tuning. One month before this project, the bike had starting issues (not cold starting issues) it fails to start if the engine goes off while idling in traffic or so. During the project, I changed spark plug, decarbonized engine and silencer, cleaned carb. So after that the bike was running fine. But the mileage is dropped drastically from a decent 38-40 kmpl to 25-28kmpl. There was no powergain though. So I got the carb retuned, after that it returned better range for a liter of petrol. But the same starting issue came back. Meanwhile we started the paint job, during that I fitted a cheap aftermarket air filter (got it for free). Well the bike didnt had the starting issue after that and I could feel the carb is sucking in more air. But the fuel consumption went high again plus the bike is running very lean in the mid range, retuned the bike many times. Same story, if it got mileage its got starting issue, if there is no mileage , there is no starting issue. Plus now the mixture is very lean in mid range. Bike is really struggling at 40-60 speeds. . I suspected a need of upjetting here, But Now I dont want to do it. So today I switched back to the stock filters. Now it runs much smoother, mixture is not lean, mileage is okay. But there is starting issue (not cold starting issue).

Guys please help me on this.

Here in Kerala a decent paint job costs around 3K to 4K, I am not sure about the decarbonizing of engine and silencer. well they are cheap, unless there is no parts to be replaced. And about the disk, it depends. I fiited the disk for 6.5K.

He must've basically converted your headlamps to 60/55 or 90/100 that's all. Check the wattage on your bulb & keep us posted.

Not that it cannot be done, it will need additional charging coils on the stator.

Errr...what is that you're trying to say? I haven't got a thing. If you've a starting trouble? Check for these things & post...
                1. Color of your spark plug - preferably pictures
                2. Is your cylinder head heating up enough for even a 1-2 Kms ride?
                3. What's your carb make & model? Is it stock or after market?
                4. What's the air filter you've got? Stock or after market?

Man, the mech told me that the Gladiators toptube is a direct fit to the RX100. Not only him, many mechs told me that. Also I admit that I could not stay with the mech during the works, since I had to go home for few days during the work. (Work was done at Cochin and I am from an another city).

About the electricals, I know what things are working on DC in a bike. But I am not sure about what things are need to be changed to convert an AC circuit in a bike to a DC one.

I have a starting problem (not the cold starting issue) if the bike returns good milleage figures. If I retune the carb to get the starting issue sort out the mileage will be gone.

Also the spark plug is normal. No over heating. Carb is stock. I had aftermarket airfilter. Yesterday I replaced it with stock filter. Right now, the bike returns good mileage. But it got starting issue. Don't have any problem with cold starting. But if I turn off the engine after riding, it fails to start again.

No I haven't done yet & now with the new disc pads, I don't think I even need that anymore. This pad will last another 25K & I've another spare to last for another 25K

But I've almost completed checking feasibility & they seem a perfect match. But wait...you don't even need Gladiator's suspension, I'm working on something else
