I belong to KTYM, actually i wanted to buy a 4 speed but the Z.s are so costly there. try get one sometime this year.

There is one bike for sale with my friend with disc brakes, yezdi tires andnblue 5 speed painting. Asking 42k .

oh...yes yezdi wheel has become a trademark on all 2 strokes from our area , I am looking for a rust free simple 4 speed with no extras with clean papers, hope i will find one

forgot to ask, where you got the bike painted/ plated ? nice work there

is it @SGM or Chungom ?

Sorry for the confusion.. Me from CGNR.. Done at CGNR i said.. SGM i haven't been to do any works went there few times to buy spares.. But was a regular visitor at Chettayiz wokrshop.. And i painted my old 135 there, but was not satisfied with the paining works, i mean the painting works only..

And it is tough to get Stock one, one was there with my friend at Manarkad but he sold it for 26k. Anyway watz ur budget ? if i come across something i will let you know..

Looking at the prices I feel like kicking my self for not buying a 4-speed RXZ for 14k last year!!!

for sure, even TN bikes are damn reasonable compared to KL ones !! I think it is a similar sceneraio as the real estate !! people just buying and selling in a short span, so price goes up by couple of thousands every time ?? most bikes have/had at least 3-4 owners, none of them change the ownership in the RC !@####$$

In TN and AP prices are lower wen comparing to KL and KA.

I recently saw an ad in 'olx', saying he got two RXZ for sale. I called him he said he sold out both one for 1Lakh and other for 76k. Both KA reg bikes.

ok...me from KTM proper only but till now not visited the famous Chettayiz work shop once!! i heard there is a painter next to his workshop (may be the same pinter you refered) who is pretty good (SGM guy told me as they also depend on this guy) I still go to Japan (kodimatha) where i think chettai was working years before. there is one Pradeep there a long timer & good friend since years

most RXZ are modified with pulsar disc 16 inch wheels etc.. which makes the price even higher, i want to buy a stock bike (read as low price) with a clean chasiss , strip it completely and build. planning to buy by July/August as i am away with work . 30k is fine thanks

I even went to Jubily in KTM the then dealer of yamaha to check out a new gleming RXZ 5 speed @58 k they even quote a 17k for my authentic RX100 87 as exchange. but i was so fond of 100 (bought with my fathers money) i could'nt let it go. i still own that 100 but converted to a 135 5 speed with a imported RXK bore. hope to convert it back to a 5 speed 100 and get an RXZ for company

Yup Manarkad and Puthuppali boyz got the most number of RXZ there I think..

Chettayi is a good mechanic. But I dont believe in that painter. Better you find somewhere else. And if you got any plan to install Disc brakes go for Gladiator only because the installation is simple as gladiator fronk shock outer tube will suit with RX inner tube and thus can avoid any mod to the 'T stem' and there wont be any worry in fitting the front mudguard. One bike is there for 32k.. I will ask them and contact you..
