      You're the boss!!!

Here we go .... My Stroker's collection:

I call it my "Dream Team"

      - 1962 Jawa 353 "Tank Switch"
      - 1983 Yamaha Rajdoot 350
      - 1988 Yezdi 350 Twin (In junk state - Check Yezdi thread for more pics)
      - 2003 Rxz 5-speed (Genuine)

RD and RXZ are completely stock ( I am a restoration enthusiast and like my bikes the way they left the factory)

Jawa is missing the mudguards (already sourced, awaiting installation)

The chain cover is what i am missing.

Yezdi 350 - Well a picture says a thousand words - Rebuild now, restore later is the Mantra - In fact the engine is heading to an ace Yezdi Mech this evening for the works - maybe a month down the line, the bike will be fired up ... not restored, only fired up .... once all the spares have been sourced, it will be restored.

Notice the Large Conical drum at the rear ... this is a single leading drum ... not too many (only 6) are known to exist (as per jawa experts in mysore).

Also attached is another of my Jawa 353 Tank switch ... restored, but I sold it off a few months ago .... is with me right now for the running in process ....

Also in the pipeline are :

      - 1986 RX100
      - 1984 Ind-Suzuki AX100
      - c. 1978 Enfield Minibullet

Lack of parking space is hindering my efforts to buy these bikes ....

Here u will also see the other bikes i sold off (a 1987 y350 and a 1979 lamby scooter)

The meter console was pending back then and since then has been pending.

This is one thing that i could never let go and will never let go. I have been using the bike since 2000 and still use it as my daily commute.
Asif, thats a neat 100 there. Now i know why mouli sahaab is so famous !!!

Regarding meter set, since i see a central locking system why don't you upgrade to RX-Z meter setup??

Ram, my RX twin pics are missing in that post, as i dont have any fresh pics of them. Both my RX135s are with Gladiator front setup. The black one you see is a 1989 model RX100 converted to 135 5-speed specs (except for the clutch & magnet covers).

I've always loved the NSR's although i have seen only one NSR250 in flesh here in Pune and that too is always lying in the parking in an extremely sorry state

How my wife figures out what i will be riding that day.

At breakfast I will be mumbling something like

                  1. "I feel the need, the need for speed" OR making a growling noise imitating the engine roar (RD350)

                  2. Saying "Motokov-Praha-Czechoslovakia" or making that "Duff-Duff" sound (Jawa)

                  3. Chanting Z-F-S (Zed 5 speed) like the way those looney americans say
U-S-A OR else I will say "5th Cog" over and over again till i get that annoyed look from her .....

I know this is really lame and no grown man will do such a thing

At 31, I am still an 18 yr old when it comes to bikes .... and I hope it stays that way for ever!!!

Sometimes I go downstairs at midnight just to ensure that the dirty black cat is not sitting on my bike and shredding the seat to smithereens (the REAL reason guys hate cats)
