Help need about Iridium plugs for RE Bullet Electra UCE!!

Hi all, I own a RE Bullet Electra UCE 2010 model. I am planning to replace my bull's plugs with the latest iridium plugs. I need to know are they safe for my bull? do they impact on an of electricals , mileage , if they are good let me know where they are available in hyderabad! waiting for you replies guys!!!!!
