  • Need Genuine Spare Parts for My Vintage Beauty

    Hello Xbpians Bangalore,

I have a 1966 173CC Rajdoot (3 gears). It has taken rest for almost 10 years and i woke her up recently. I did some fixes of her from a local mechanic here (Anantapur, Andhra)

Now i stay in Bangalore. I need a place in bangalore where i can fix her up with genuine parts. I have attached some snaps. Advices are most welcome

PS: mods i was not able to locate a proper thread for the same. If there is one, Please merge that. thanks.....

nice bike man, imo if it it running fine then dont do anything , they are built like bricks and very little can go wrong with them . but do collect the basic parts that will be needed in case like packing kits oil-seal kits ,o-ring kits etc

That looks like a well maintained Rajdoot. Very little parts missing. Send a list of all the parts you are looking for. I'll check with some Rajdoot parts dealers.

              Hello Doc,
Those very few items , includes a Stock head light with its special ign switch with shut of lid, as that is very indentity of this model Bike (1966).....so let me post pics of the vital parts , which Krishna needs for his Raldoot (1966)
              Knee pads...bit difficult to source...
As said by our kb100 & sanjith Joseph, he can restore the bike, with some painting, plating & upholstry work....after getting those missing parts he can replace them, one by one....but do not wait for the rusted parts to go further RUSTED !!
BTW, I have a WFM Rajdoot 1963 in stable
@ Krishna: Just PM me your requirements, will try to check within my contacts
              cheers!!
              KMK
ps: I can hear our Doc murmuring about Fury's speedo drive(LOL)
