Let me give a wild guess here Sriram...

Light Weight Aluminium Rims of 18" running on TT900 80/80-18 & 70/80-18 or 70/80-18 on both along with the Front, Rear & Head Hub Completely Drilled out to Save weight. Atleast Karthik is going with Mono Suspensions in the rear, I've ridden Bikes that has only one sided suspension in accordance to loose weight....!

Sriram, it will be spokes. Most likely we will be going for 17" Alloy rims.

Swing arm & Mono-shocks are imports from Malaysia, they are from one of the underbone bikes.

      Clip-on's are locally made.

Hmmmmmmm, you got them correct buddy. But instead of 18" we will be going for 17" with Low-Profile tyres from either Dunlop (TT series) or IRC.

And yes, the thing about Hub is correct too.

The true fun begins when we start work on the engine.

        A couple of suggestions:
        - Dump that stock tank and get a small fiber one. To save on the weight.
        - Use luna rims with the same tyres.

That's what we got for our drag RX.

Unofficially we tested it, using Veypor, doing ~14.6sec (don't recall the exact number as it was last tested in 2008).

Not to have any war here. Our 135 & 100 has done 13.xx sec & 14.xx sec officially. Unofficial results are too good to be posted in Internet.

                        Thanks Ram. Indeed they are.

For those who thought that we plonk Proton or look alike ECs on a stage3 or drag spec motor, the pic will speak for itself. Each & every EC that goes into out build is calculated based on port timing & is custom built from scratch. For those, still not convinced, its about time you all move into 4-Jokes!!!!!!!

Better initial, better pick up or whatever one calls it.. meaning it will perform better in lower RPMs. Btw, what Rpm has your pipe been tuned at?

Also waiting for your Std. piston pics you got from the US.

What will i do with a chamber which is suitable for better initial pick-up on a drag setup? This particular chamber starts working only after 7000RPM, until then it is dead. Thus rendering it unfit for regular street use.

I am sure you have seen some launch videos of drag spec RXs or RDs, it starts off with high revs only.
