    2)exhaust temprature:-exhaust temprature at maximum power(degrees C)?
    3)exhaust port effective diameter(mm)?
4)exhaust port opening angle (deg ATDC)?

so u've found the mota expansion chamber utility software.................
it's been around for pretty long.
      and don't u need a target BMEP?

          same stuff.
they are the programmers who had programmed the mota 2-stroke engine simulator
and i've no idea on the engine temp's.
          trying to build one myself.

dude..you'll have to sit down with a vernier caliper and measure ex port width
            exhaust temperature is 600 degrees
diffuser can be a three stage or two stage depending on what kinda pipe you're building
and i assume you're using a 2mm oversize piston [kawa] on the RX..hope you haven't forgotten to rework the head diameter to 60mm as well.

i'd also suggest you read up on bell and jennings before you start making a chamber. would help

here's a pipe design that's for a high revving bike

                  hey man atul,
what rpm did u design it?
                  what BMEP?
btw, mine is stock bore, stock piston.which would mean 58mm bore??
                  i haven't measured it................

what barrel are you using?..4 speed or 5 speed? and what kinda powerband are you looking for?..depending on that you can chose your bmep. lemme know..i'll make a design for you too

                      stock 4-spd barrell.
me want power from 7500-9000 or sumthin like that.
and if it's not too much to ask, may i know the no's u put into the utility?
                      that would be really helpful

and you think a stock 4 speed barrel will let you rev out to 9000rpm? seriously dude?..your max revs are 6500rpm. how can u ever have a pipe that peaks out at 9000rpm on your bike?..lol..don't mean to ridicule you man, but this is why maybe you should just use the stock pipe rather than build a chamber that doesn't work. i'd again suggest you go through bell, or at least understand that a stock RXG barrel wont rev out to 9000rpm

hey man i thoght it would rev to around 7500 rpm.i've crossed 7k indicated on the tacho in topgear.and i'm 100kg's.
but yes u r right.9k is kinda stupid 2 ask.that too from iwt utility.
but if u have the resources u can mak it happen.
ofcourse, neither of us have 'em resources.(mota, neels s/w and the works)
hey man try to stretch the stock poerband by0.5-1k i.e 5k-7krpm.
                          now that should be doable...........................

In bangalore stock 4 speeds with a pipe rev to 9k, i also didnt believe it till i rode one, tuned length is under 850mm on almost all these pipes.

As the free IWT s/w is being discussed out here, can anyone throw light on the "Piston face to flange" calculation?
Didnt understand what's exactly to be calculated.
