Small 2 strokes don't have a wet sump, that's why you add 2 stroke oil in petrol they depend on the crankcase compression for lubrication :P you don't need to change gb oil that early it is just too much of an overkill and you are just pissing away good oil.
Mr. Right is back! If the gearbox is new or clutch assembly is new even then it is not required? Whatever it is, i'll go change the oil after 500kms and overkill my bike..lol

sriram where is your sentence comprehension?? Overkill there meant going over an oil change too soon not overkill your bike. Look at your first reply you mentioned bore kit and the crank lol that's why I said "scrappings" from there won't make it to your bike's gearbox.

Ok. It's not only about the scrapping I mentioned but also the oil color change. You don't want to comment on that?

Recently I had the opportunity to see my Mechanic open up the ZMA-R head assembly due to excessive noise..It was a 2007 model bike done about 32,000 Kms,and maintained by ASC...the top head with Valves had so much black deposit the cam, valves and other parts were all dark and when touched felt sticky...The mechanic said that this was the first time the bike was coming out of ASC for service due to unsatisfactory maintenance...needless to say the bore had scoring , the clutch was gone and the inside of side casing had dark deposits.....
There was engine oil in the crankcase upto the required mark, and so the lack of it was not the problem..Obviously the engine oil was topped up and never replaced, leading to varnish formation.....
