  • Spotted Modified Enfield with NOS

This guy runs an automobile accessory shop for 4 wheels..owns a VW polo, did ICE for 4.5 lacs INR . some things were given by some company as this car is for demo use too..in the parking an unusual thing stood.. first i saw its tail lamp and i thought ,hella suzuki intruder. .. well when i went it was a modified chopper ..when i saw its NOS kit i totally surprised..i just jumped to the guy to know more.. now what all he told me... mechanic and center done- locally done by one Gopu. Displacement- was 350cc but NOS not possible so now 550 cc. NOS calibration-no idea but i shot for 18 seconds... time taken to build 1.5 years. money spent- around 1 lac including labour.

    now the pics...

    Now thats something unusual..
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

from the awkward design of exhaust i knew they were not well engineered..upon asking guy told me it was simply hand made...and may not be that efficient...think...NOS injected but exhaust design flaw???

You may think I'm a bit sarcastic, but I wonder of what use is a NOS for an RE? Weird one if you ask me. Maybe if it was done for a Sportsbike, it would've been more appropriate, atleast that's what I think. And is that a dry shot or a wet shot?

I dont think it would really make a difference on a RE unless a lot (Hell a lot of) of work done on the mechanicals...otherwise if it was for just the looks then ok to scare some kids around with smaller bikes...
