    Hi,
Read in xbhp that the Swaraj Mazda's (old) headlamp assembly is a straight fit to Rx.So I changed my broken headlamp with it.
It is correct fitting and good looking, cheap also(Rs.110/-).Thanks to xbhpians.

Hi Guys, I need your suggestions on the problems in my 5 speed. I have this bike from over 6 years. of late it has started to give me problems in clutch. the bike wont just take off after engaging gear and releasing the clutch, it just jumps and the comes to halt immediate engine shutdown. It wont move ahead unless I move it in half clutch, even in which case the bike gives a big jerk after upon fully releasing the clutch. I took the bike to many mechanics, all said it clutch bell play and reset it a dozen times but none were fruitful and later those idiots say that common dialogue " Sir its now alright know- since just reset, ride for few kms and will become alright- or there's some other problem not related to clutch" all these nonsense reply's they give. but none were able to arrive at a proper conclusion. Infact I myself overhauled the entire clutch bell unit with friction plates and clutch plates and replaced the whole set with my friends bike (Also a 5 speed with amazing and breathtaking performance and pickup) however we noticed that his bike was performing even better with my recently reset clutch bell than his own and my bike showed the same old jerking problem even after installing his clutch bell which was perfectly fine in his 5 speed. Guys this is very annoying thing and unmanageable in traffic and in lower gears, just cant ride in city limits amidst traffic. could anyone identify this and help me.. thanks guys

Have you tried seeing the carb ??

I may be wrong but i suggest you to look into the carb settings. Get it cleaned first and then check the tuning settings.
There may also be a reed valve leakage.

        No harm in checking though...
