    Kinetic Honda Modifications?

    Hello to all!
    I have a Kinetic Honda(read Rowdy of scooter segment) which was bought in 1995 and nearly 20 years old. It was(and still) a Rowdy of scooters available in market(except 125CCs).
    It can beat a Honda Activa/Dio/Aviator and TVS Wego/Jupiter. But I can't beat the non-identical twins the Suzuki's!! The Access and Swish!!
    They outrun me every time when I do a drag race or traffic light dash with my Rowdy.
    An idea popped into my head. " Can't I build a Suzuki Swish beater with this old Rowdy of Scooters ?? "

    My wishllist:
    Chop of all them commuter parts.
    Wire mesh air filters with upjetting.
    You tell me more!!

    So,
    Started to fix the essential engine components first.
    The parts that I found damaged:
    Clutch Plate, Clutch Bell, Belt, Auto choke and Spark plug
    Parts Replaced so far:
    All parts that are mentioned above are replaced.

    Any Modifications to increase power and acceleration??

    Pour your suggestions please. Thanks in advance!

        Chamber for Kinetic?? Is it really available? Mechanic says it is hard to find. Can you give me the approx. cost?

          afaik its not available off the shelf for kiho you will have to design and build one yourself

            How to build one myself? How to design and which material to use? We can communicate through PM and I want to say you an important thing!

              Can I remove the side panels to reduce weight and thereby increasing pickup ???

                A HP filter went in!
                Sounds good.
                Doesn't felt any performance increment.
                How much to upjet the carburettor ???

                  So upjetted the carburettor. It is 10 number size higher than the original !
                  Pickup is extremely good ! Even beaten a Honda Dream Yuga in initial.
                  It lost its breath after 40 KMPH !!! WHY ???
                  All things are correct.

                  And put in a 60/50 W Headlights (Bajaj type/RTR type)
