I have to replace my gun's engine's sprocket. It comes with 13 teeth. What effect will it have if I replace it with a 14 teeth Supra one leaving the chain's sprocket intact? What will it effect - the initial, mid-range or the top-end? What are your suggestions?
Nothing will happen your 0-60 time duration will come down, don't do it keep it stock.

On the shogun, its a bad idea to switch to a 14T in the front. Instead put a 43T at the rear. STock is 44T.
The 14T will only work if you have another 3-4bhp.
Thanks conrod, pshyco and joel. I will keep it stock. Actually I came across some original 14T SGP engine sprokets with the suzuki logo etched in them and felt like picking one of them. But now I give up the idea!
Another question - is there any O-ring chain available to fit on the 'gun? I want to eliminate the chain cover but they say, it will damage the chain very fast.
Does RTR comes with O ring chain ! confirm that first.
