Guys I am looking for an RXZ workshop Manual & parts catalogue. I have recently acquired an RXZ 4 speed which I am planning to restore, it would be great if I can have all the parts before I go into restoration. I have collected some spares, remaining spares would be bought, but I need to plan this properly and I want to finish the restoration in one go. I will convert this thread into a detailed restoration thread along with the story behind my love for RXZ and how it was my unicorn till now and how I finally acquired one. That's for later, so the ball is rolling as of today

Re: looking for RXZ workshop manual & parts catalouge
Thanks for the swift approval, let me give you a teaser.
It was year 2001, I was in my engineering, I started seeing my wife(my then Girlfriend) and they had huge restrictions in their hostel, the gates will close at 6 PM and will open at 6 AM. Our college was 9-4, so technically speaking we had 3 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening, where we could meet and talk(being in two different departments)
I am not a morning person, but love makes you very punctual. I used to get up at 5:30, get ready in 15 minutes and wait for her in front of our college gate. Every day two blue RXZs used to pass me when I was waiting for her. Both had 5 speed decals, one was a 4 speed. I was a sight that used to keep me amazed. I had a friend's CBZ in college but the RXZ had a different appeal for me. Since that time I wanted one, but money was a big challenge for a college kid and putting fuel in the CBZ itself was a big challenge, so I could not think of a gas guzzling 2 stroke. I had other priorities.
Fast forward, I tied a knot in 2006 and life took over and passion for 2 strokes slowly died, until 2011 when I saw the first bike I ever rode in completely sad condition. I had to rescue her, Parts availability and exorbitant cost of repairs didn't make financial sense for me so got the necessary things fixed, then came the shocker most of the work which I was billed was never done, this was a practice everywhere. I started doing small things myself, did a lot of hit and trial and finally learned to put the bike together from scratch.
I always had a white collar job(thank god) in IT firms, people especially mechanics and spare parts shopkeepers used to never believe that I did my restorations myself, I had always chosen the hard way, I volunteered to work with an electrician and worked with him during weekends to learn electricals. Enough blowing my own trumpet
I had an RX and soon an RD also came in life, that's when I started getting more impatient and wanted an RXZ asap. With OlX and other classified sites, the rates were already very high, I noticed people were asking 50-55 for completely run down bikes, that's when I got a lead on a 5 speed in Jammu for 15k. I was in seventh heaven, the seller was pushing it despite of having a man on ground. My man on the ground met with an accident and I lost that bike, then came many bikes locally, without papers, with papers, out of station bikes in Kerala, I saw it all, but I could not crack a deal with anyone as soon as I made my mind something will happen and the bike would be no longer available. I lost hope, until recently. I was just chatting with a mech and he told me that he has a scrap bike with a clear title and if I was interested.
A few parts were missing, but it was a start an at a price point I was looking at. I paid him a token and got the RC book, I looked at the chassis and I could hardly believe what I was seeing, I have never seen a chassis rusted so bad, the entire chassis was getting powdered. He showed me a reasonably good rx 135 chassis and told me he will use the two chassis and get one good one made out of the two. I didn't wait and I got myself a mint condition chassis, the best part was the price and even better it was delivered by the seller at my door. So now I have a chassis, I will hopefully collect the rest of the bike today and will make a list of parts needed and will start procuring them. I would require a lot of help from our community, I will try to do justice to keep the thread updated as soon as possible, however since this is a real time thread, please expect some reasonable delay. Pics to follow

Re: looking for RXZ workshop manual & parts catalouge
The chassis I bought
After a lot of heart over head thought, I finally let my heart win and I bought a new body kit in blue, I thought Red is rare so will get a red body kit but later decided against it as I got a great deal on NOS stuff from a seller on facebook
I had an option between smoked and clear windscreen, I chose smoked.
Very professionally packed, I have more pics but I decided to post only the relevant ones. It is due to arrive today evening or maybe tomorrow.
I am now on the hunt of a Tank, any leads would be appreciated.

Re: looking for RXZ workshop manual & parts catalouge
The body parts have not arrived yet, the seller says its volume was more compared to the weight and due that it was held by the courier people which has been now cleared so might reach me today.
I am not able to track it using the tracking number and the seller said its due to some technical issues.
I am keeping my fingers crossed, I am still looking for a tank, people are asking for sun and moon for the tank, poor condition tanks go as high as 4k, Looks like it might be available in Bangalore alone may be at the gujri. I have to now plan a trip.

Waiting for your net update.. ..
All the best bro for restoration.
The parts have still not arrived, No updates from the seller. I have almost finalized on a Tank and gladiator front end, but now confused whether I should put that in this bike or the 5 speed 135 that I have.
Keeping fingers crossed.

Re: looking for RXZ workshop manual & parts catalouge
The parts didn't arrive yet, I purchased a set of gladiator disk brake and that too is stuck in the courier, apparently there is some issue with Kerala and most of the courier companies are asking for invoice and declarations. Some dreams are much harder that others, I am worried as almost 10k of my hard earned money is stuck now.

Did you find the parts manual I sent in your e mail ?
Yes I did, thanks for the manual.
The body kit seller claims that the item has reached Kerala and will be available in a day or two. The disk brake seller claims that the items would arrive by end of this week, keeping fingers crossed. In the mean time I have bought a RXZ tank today, I am expecting it to reach by next week.
Note to the people from Kerala buying bike parts form outside Kerala.
There is some issue with our states sales tax mechanism and they are levying tax on old/used bike parts as well along with new parts. the problem is so grave that shipments worth millions are stuck in transit across the country, its a very stupid move by the government and I believe people in Kerala who own maximum number of two strokes in the country will now be dependent solely on the mercy of exorbitant parts dealers from Kerala and friends in other locations who keep frequenting between states where 2 stroke prices are still within common man's reach.
Prices are already funky online and this would be the final blow .

Did you order something recently??
Coz something is wrong with the courier service here in Uttarakhand also, my 2 orders from snapdeal and 1 from amazon also got cancelled by the respective companies even after the products were dispatched from the seller , the reason in mail was " due to some problems at our courier partner end" .
