Yamaha tzr 250
I had the chance to test ride a friends tzr 250 which was not in great shape, but the bike blew me away with it's two characteristic. Yamaha tzr 250 , twin cylinder, two stroke produces about 60hp, back in the day used to beat the superbikes. I rode the bike which had hard tyres which was not used for a fair bit and the tuning was rich in the initial rev range but once u cross the 5000rpm limit, this bike jus fly's, I quite enjoyed that surge of power which is definitely not safe but that short bursts were a joy. I will be test riding the bike again once all the issues has been rectified and the bike is in good shape will do a more complete and detailed review on it, this is my 2nd taste of a two stroke after the RX 100 n 135, but the twin cylinders make a hell of a lot of difference. I like to know if anyone else owns or had an experience on this fully faired beauty.Tags: None

Thread Approved
Do share a few pictures of the bike if possible and your experience when you ride it again
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

, I'm jus waiting on the bike to get fully ready soo can have a proper test ride, and understand its character, in the late 80s and 90s this bike used to beat all the bigger cc bikes, its track cousin the tz 250 is another classic bike, which my uncle owns , its a collector item of sorts. Tzr came out as a everyday bike with immense power, I'd say one of the best bikes of its generation. Anyways here a pic I shall share more pics And a more comprehensive review when I get my hands on her . Apologize for the lack of pictures, many of the pics I lost with my old phone, when I visit my friend again will take more pics
cheers.
