      seizure happened during running in?..i can still see your hone marks

      looks light to me..maybe you can get away with new rings..doesnt look like a total seizure..partial ones are hone worthy

      please put premix henceforth..its painful to see a 2 stroke handicapped because of faulty lubrication

            @ raccoon
            actually i was having a drag wid p200
            we had 2 runs in which i comfortably beat it n my friend wanted to check my bike out so he rode it at full throttle, at 125 it stopped wid a sudden halt n rear wheel locking n wobbling
            i suppose it was overheated by the drags n may be runnin lean or widout proper lube..
            @atul astro
            i had done my runnin for 1500 km , wid occasional blasts
            @nikhil
            it is the original bore with an oversize piston
            my tuner got it for me i think it toppro piston runs pretty fine

              I think you were running in super lean mode in those drags, thus the seizure caused, if you can better pistons please get some thing good i don't know how youa re saying top pro is good i mean in what terms.

                  @ nikhil -- Sure it is Toppro piston . Is Toppro a direct fit after reboring or there is some changes needed in connecting rod?
                  @psycho -- suggest one good oversize piston and rings for shaolin, and where to get.

                    Sad. Where you using oil injection or pre-mix when this happened? Did your pump fail or something? Didn't you try to find out?

                      Yes, u'll need to change the Con-rod.
                      One of the best bets for the Shaolin is shoving an RX135's STD size ART piston.

                          Vasanth each invidual has his own opinion, its you who have to do the trial and error method and experiment things.

                            @raccoon
                            i was running premix..
                            the problem was with the carb i suppose
                            coz i could hear misfirings at higher revs
                            @vasanth
                            yes it is top pro n con rod has to be changed
                            and i have noticed a 5mm aluminium plate between my bore and base i.e a taller con rod i guess

                              ^^^Hmmm, okie! That makes me think - you were probably running lean. Which might have resulted in oil starvation. If you were running lean while using the auto lube system, this might not have happened as the metering is not directly dependent on the air+fuel ratio.

                              One more reason to use auto-lube.
