Bajaj Chetak. A scooter which carried an entire family of four comfortably through the Indian roads. A machine every child of late 80's and 90's admired and wanted to ride but waiting for an age to ride on own.Its aesthetic look adds majesty to the rider.
it was the fastest scooter for me that i ride till I got the new pulsar that I got few years back.moving the Chetak is equal to getting gold medal in weightlifting.its sound helped me to get inside my home and âActingâdoing homework even when my dad was far from my house.It was my first vehicle that I drive on my own. it was the chariot that made me feel like a king.
From standing in front of Chetak to sitting between my dad and my sister and mom to riding it alone,this Bajaj Chetak gave me lots of memories.A real middle class vehicle that ruled Indian roads over a decades.
Unfortunately it was the year 2009 which jolted the journey the Chetak and halted the machine speedometer till it was restarted in 2016.
It is just not a story but a rebirth of a Chetak.
