    Yamaha RD 350 Engine Issue

    Hi. I own a RD. I am facing Engine Seizure Issue when i Run it for like more than 5 Kms at 80kmph Speed.
    Recently changed its Sleeve to Standard and Pistons to Standard. Still facing same issue. Please help. Thanks.

        I would say this is a timing issue , timing is too advanced or too retard .

        Is your bike on points based if yes are they genuine points or condensers . Or is it some local made experimental CDI.

        but quiet sure its timing issue as I faced same issue on my Jawa .

        find a person who can time the bike perfect for you

          check fuel flow, RD.s suffer fuel flow issues with non OE taps, cross over issues etc..your bike running on points ?
