Well said Bro, However stock one would like to maintain a bike, should never compromise on braking and especially on a high performance bike like yours. But you might want to rethink the rear disc as most of the time, when you brake hard with your front ones the rear tyre hardly touches the ground and leaves no room for the rear disc to act, making it pointless, but then to each his own.. cheers mate....Ride hard, Ride safe...Originally posted by Shreeram View PostI will be installing front & rear Disk Brakes soon because this beast needs good braking.
Thanks & Happy & Safe Ridinglookin for another corny line ??

@Coldfingers : Nice and well maintained pipes u got there. And first time i'm seeing a grey coloured chassis on an rd. But i'm guessing the handle bar is not stock, its best if u hav it stock coz its very comfy to ride with a stock rd handle bar. But mostly the engine condition matters. I'm guessing its a HT.Riding is a way of life. Sometimes, it might also be a way of giving life. So Ride safe. In both contexts.

Hi Everybody, Iam New to XBHP
Heres my RD a 1987 LT AP Regd have been riding it for the last one year,
The bike does a 140kmph(and a little more),I know that many many would say that LT's do not do more than 120 kmph but i have tried comparing the analogue speedo with other bikes and its just looks accurate.
It is still running on CB points and needs adjustment once in a month or two,However if you rip it too hard the points might need constant adjustment,Iam thinking about a AutoEscorts CDI kit to replace the points RDD CDI kit proves to be heavier for my pocket,Also thinking of getting a Disc setup in the front because the drum brakes on RD are just a JOKE !

The increase in performance is directly proportional to the size of the hole in your pocket :D
