Why is TVS still producing the 2 stroke moped and scooty? does it come under emission norms? and the 2 stroke autos?

500cc and 50hp on a scooter, better fuel efficiency than a parallel 4 sroke version and 1/4 mile in just over a second to a liter class bike! Well if that's amazing add this to it

ya, thats one way to answer that.
my question was, why were the bikes discontinued? since the moped, scooty and autos use the same 2 stroke tech as the bikes, how come they produce less emission than the bikes?

Because they have very small engines. Do you want a 50cc 2 stoke motorcycle now?
