Started a full rebuild on Dr Nitesh [YAMDOOT]'s RX 135 2 weeks ago. The bike was previously owned by another doctor. Std bore engine. Never opened. Split the cases and got to see this

In came the parts
60mm RXK piston
A used 1mm bore from junkyard
A stage 2 street port setup
High comp head
Foam pod filter
Yamaha Banshee reeds with RZ manifold
Complete crank overhaul and lightening
Bearing kit
Oil seal kit
5 speed gear box
Clutch rebuild and mods
RXK full fiber clutch plates
Brand new coil -drum kit [India Nippon] with a lightened rotor

The crank just got done. Will be doing a weld mod on it in a while. Also attached pics of the old con-rod. Poor boy's done his time

@ blisteringintelligence- For now, a stronger crank with the weld mod. Lightening not recommended for street builds. Atleast not me

Yes it is. If you meant stroker pin by that. Its very much possible.Making an offset pin will require you to also port the engine cases, use a barrel spacer. Improves low down power and displacement. I'm still working on one. Getting the right hardness is the critical component here Hope this helps

Baah.. Work is slow..Am working on the ports, and this takes a lot of time..Shoving an RZ reed valve system in the intake and taking metal off the transfers and the ex port..My hands hurt
