You are most welcome SatishOriginally posted by sat_06 View PostThanks a lot Yamdoot Ji and Big Bore for the stuff.
Finally was able to go for a long drive (although it was only for 105 odd Kms) after a really long time on my bike thanks to you guys.
As far as rebuild is concerned, i havent started it yet am still in the process of collecting the spares.Once i start the work will definately post the pics.
Now, to get the gear indicator working please provide any suggestions.
If any one has the 2000 model shaolin with the gear indicator (Manual) please scan the wiring page and post it and the parts required.
It was a pleasure meeting up with you. Might be coming again to Hyderabad next month. Let know if you need any other help.

Small Update.....
Last week on friday i took my Shaolin for work and tragedy struck again, this time it was the fuel pump. when i reached the parking lot i see a pool of oil under the bike just to make sure i checked the oil tank and it was completely empty.
Went to the nearest fuel station and bought couple of 2t oil sachets put it in the tank.
Very next day i called up one of the oldest TVS showrooms in HYD, thankfully they had the oil pumps, so went ahead and bought 2 pieces one for my samurai as well never know when samurai's pump will give up.
My mech says these are way much cheaper than the yamaha's2012 TVS APACHE RTR 180 ABS.
2000 TVS SUZUKI SAMURAI.

So am back again.....
Sorry if i have dissapointed any of you guys.
Shaolin Wiring............. yes i will post that soon.
Am still in the process of sourcing the spares one by one so rebuild will take some time and there's one major hurdel i need to clear, i bought the bike from karnataka and the ownership transfer has not been completed yet(more than 1 year now). so all the spares are lying in my room collecting dust in my room and me getting scolding everyday from my mom.
Yamdot Ji and Bigbore have been very helpfull and were also the culprits in this as well for me getting left and right everyday, kidding
I have a query, the clutch bell gear and the small gear are same for all the TVS - Suzuki bikes or is it diff.
I wanted to change the clutch bell gear and the small gear or should i change only the clutch bell.2012 TVS APACHE RTR 180 ABS.

Hey bro. . where at shivajinagarOriginally posted by Autopub View PostGuys,
Shaolin Stickers are available in Bangalore JC road. Of course they are 2nd quality make but something is better than nothing. And it looked really genuine (the fonts and the color gradiation). The only catch here is, it is for the red-and-yellow combination Shaolin
. The dealer had two sets available when I visited him last week.
Shogun Stickers are also available (for the black bike). This is in Shivajinagar, Bangalore.
Infact I have a set of both the Shogun and Shaolin stickers for future "projects"
