sounds like flinstones shouting his lungs hoarse right??? .... sounds primal, stone agish.. ??.. this is how i felt when i was blown away by the new stallion on the road...with Zeus [ God] like power delivery and equally strong forces to retard THE NEW ENFIELD CLASSIC 500 blew me away....
almost feels as if the yezdi [thumper] genes that i have inherited from my father came to life and suprised me in the form undending orgasmic thumps

I am a total noob when it comes to the technocrati of bikes.. but i just could not resist sharing my experience with my fellow xbhpians
today i test rode the new classic 500 .....and found myself desperately short of 1.35 lacs of moolah.. a sure one way ticket to divinity... i was left overwhelmed by the sheer brilliance it offered...
Thump thump thump thump thump the engine came to life with a grunt and demanded my wrist response so eagerly that even the mad traffic seemed non existent
the sound was so sublime that i felt like a rev happy joker on the bike.. I personally felt meatier stronger with every thump of the classic..My chest swelled with pride as the retro beauty creamed through the traffic commanding respect with its road presence and aural prowess..
With effortless ease the bike reached 80 on the speedo yearning for more exploitation of its horses but i was so contended[ understatement] with how the bike made me look and felt ...i let the throttle be..
With innocent bystanders gaping at the classic the 150cc's slowed down to pay homage to the legend that flew past them...one look at the bike and you feel like rajesh khanna with long side burns ... i felt as if i was gearing up for a "1954 theme party"..beautiful console looked awesome ...the suspension was butter smooth [credit could be given to the cute springs below the rider's seat
]...im no bike critic who can point the for's and againsts but frankly speaking i feel im too puny to even review such a product all i can do is share the happiness that is still ringing in my ears
promising me a night full of thumping "bullet" dreams...
The test ride was seemed like a wonderful spellbounding moment as i wore the look of a "dreamy eyed kid" drooling with his face planted on the toy shop's showcase

... soon... the dealer zapped me back to reality when he quoted the price for the bike
..a thought about my present career status and the fat ass price tag of the beauty i sulked for a moment
... but as i left the showroom i promised myself that this is the first thing ill start saving for when i start earning
and i walked back to my honda dio with my heart left reeling with a burning desire for more... For me this product from royal enfield's stable is India's answer to triumph bonneville... with a beauty that is more retro than marlyn monroe and the world war era feel attached ... all i can do is bow in awe of "ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC"... the product is a must have in the garage for "thump friendly" enthusiasts .. personally i fell in love with the greenish blue colour scheme which enhances the "king of the road"quotient of the bike
my 2 cents .. being a newbie this is all i can offer its not eloquent but i tried my best to describe what i felt.. i hope you guys like it
wilco
keep the blue side up
