Rajnish, My bro's friend who lives in Pune has a workshop Manual of Rd350/250, Ds7. I've read it personally, it's signed by someone dated 1979. Gr8 thing, its got all info dissassembling the Rd (crankcase opens verticaly n the reed valve torque indution, 7-th port)He also has an Rd which I would say is the best preserved RD i've ever seen. EVERYTHING ON THAT RD IS AS IT CAME FROM JAPAN, never opened anything at all. and its 20yr old and done 50000km. Then too it looks like it was bought yeesterday. That bike is a tradition in
his family. In 2000 after a gap of 2 yrs, the bike started at second kick. i'll try to get pics as soon as possible.

Hi Rajnesh, I did try. Have checked Rssarma's site a long time ago.The info given there is good but not the whole. I want the full Workshop Manual. Here in a'bad the mech's r pethetic man. even the company trained guy is BAD. and u know in Rd's the work should be done PERFECTLY! So, I have brought her upto the stock level with the help of a friend who has huge knowledge bout Rd's. but, he had to leave. and now I have some work on her! soo, I badly need the workshop manual!

                RegaRD's,

I dont think soo.............the tech specification of the Rd 350b(the ones which we have) and Lc r different........!
the carb settings................each and every thing is diff.......!
but the basic idea of THE RD(Concept) is the same!

in the aircooled RD the specs r same but for the port angles and size, carbs r same, timing's same.crank and bearengs r same too.

who said that the carbs r the same............Ht has VM32 and Lt has VM28 whereas the LC has VM26ss. and ohyes.............there's CDI in the Lc! and the size is a somewat the same........I dont know much of the tech stuff. the Material is also different(Way Better)! Am goin to buy the crank and Con rods of the Rz350(Still sourcing a good source ) for my Rd!
and remember......the Lc's at stock level generate 52Bhp's bet 6000 to 9000 RPm..........and our Rd's if lt generate 30.5 or if Ht generate 39/32 Bhp bet 6000 too 9000 RPm(Stock condition)..........! soo, ofcourse the things OUGHT to be better! and oh yes the TDC of Lc is 0.030 to 0.035 mm where as our rd's TDC is 0.060mm. So, there wouldbe a Vast change in the Cyl Pressure ratio!

ps:- Do correct me if I am wrong.
