Laitmawsiang Park is located at about 50kms from Shillong after taking the left diversion from Laitryngiew (before reaching Cherrapunjee). The park is still under development. However, one would definitely love to trek around the many beautiful small cave formations, the waterfalls, few orchid flowers, bamboo made bridges, the heart shaped hole naturally carved on the rock and so on.

I would say a perfect spot for a picnic or maybe to find some solace amidst nature.
