The journey was smooth and we were enjoying.I was doing 70-75km/ph constant.

took first stop at this Dhaba on NH2, 35kms before Bardhaman.

We don't decided where to go exactly before the tea stop.At Sonar Bangla we decided to visit Maithon Dam as it is very very near from NH2.Actually I don't want to ride on any bad conditioned road yesterday, because of that I choose NH2.

The trip was smooth as expected and we enjoyed every bit of it.No mishaps except a rear flat tyre near palsit and it took 40 minutes to repaire.

          some random pix-
          near Durgapur

          Maithon pictures

                    Covered above 500kms

evening tea break at 6pm after shaktigarh

Total Distance covered 520kms(round) from my home.Journey Started at 6:10am and ended at 8:40pm.

Route taken > Vidhyasagar Setu-Kona-NH2-Dankuni-Palsit-Bardhaman-Durgapur-Ranigunj-Asansol-Maithon, while we return took a left turn at Darjeeling more to enjoy the beauty of Panagarh Forest and came back after 5kms.

So, really this is a nano trip but full of enthusiasm and highway attractions.Again, another superb performance from my Discover125 with continuous speed of 70-85kms with pillion.Really I need her for my Ladakh Trip.
