As they say you need to Fight with Destiny to change it or go with the flow. Feb Month was just like that...everyone was wooping my ass..aur mein bus BAJ raha tha...from every nook and corner. My resolution for 2011 is to do 12 rides in 12 months but I thought that it will be broken after the first ride itself. Many things were exploding at the same time. This Ride was also suppose to the first ride for one of my friendz who bought a Bird just to enjoy the ridez...

dude!! the weather is getting a lot better now. so here's the plan. my bike has only done 1300 km and only 1 service has been done yet. lets go for a a really short trip over a weekend in jan, then ill get it serviced in feb uske baad we will go for a longer trip. what say?

meri sat ki evening shift hai, ismein work load kam hota hai so jaan ke li thi :P:P off nahi milega. next week tuesday and sunday off hai.

bhai jaipur ka last week mein rakh le... bohut chul hai jaane ki. 19-20 ka nahi ho paayega. mere 18 -22 off hain us week jo change nahi honge. next week tere do weekoff honge na. unhi dino chalenge. 26 ko no bhi chal chahe. waise bhi us din kaam karne ka double paihe milte hain :P:P

cool. bata diyo last week ka scene. 21st tak weekoffs adjust karwane honge. i would prefer 27-29 ke around. fri-sat ya sat-sun. waise 2nd service se pehele dikkat to nahi hogi na? ya karwa loon?

i got it in late aug. got 1st service done on 12 oct when bike clocked 550-600km. uske baad winters aa gayi aur bike jayada nahi chali. kal aur aaj sardi nahi thi to 100 km chalayi hai. abhi 1300 km pe khadi hai. karwa loon 2nd?

Feb 17

After almost a month of FAILED planning. I was almost on the verge of loosing hope and letting go of my 2011 resolution. My normal shifts are from 12:00 AM till 9:00 AM but sometimes lady luck smiles on you and Someone from the management calls for a MEETING (Cooperate word for work show off) so that means I will be free by 5:00 AM. After the meeting just had my meeting n calls and FInally TRIP was on the CARDS again. If it means me riding for 200 Kms after a sleepless night and come back to work after wards...then I'm game for it...For the first time in my life...my Resolution is still ON till the 2nd month :-) coz it never survived even the first week.




So location was decided as Brij Ghat. I had to Leave My desk by 4:45 AM sharp and be back in Delhi by 12:00 PM MAX to get some rest before coming back to work. Lady Luck was really Kissing me up coz Lky and Anthrax were totally on TIME!! Something which was nothing short of a miracle. Anyways We geared up and left for the best Morning Rides. Smooth Roads, Cold Wind, Silence being ripped by two bullz and Empty roads...in Short NIRVANA.




We managed to hit Gharmukteshar by 8:30 AM and saw the worst JAM of around 5 KMs till Brij ghat..Managed to comeback to Gharmukteshwar and decided to have the legendary "How I Met Your Mother - Sandwich"...Soothing Natural Colors, non-polluted village air and Ganges...the best Stress Buster EVER!!!! Couple it with a Faint Sound of Train ripping through the place...out of the world experience I would say.




After about an Hr and Half we were all SET to return back and get back to our LIVES damm...I don't want to...No adventures..no thrill..no LIFE..its a merciless ride to Fight the WILL of LIFE....NOw this is the KickASS part of the ride...I'm in a TRANCE State..The roads are smooth, Sky is clear, Sun is shining like its gonna explode....and What am I thinking..."What causes the wear and tear of the tyres?? How does Friction happen?? and All this was running in HD in my MIND..The TYRE is rotating in super slow motion and small pieces are flying away due to the friction caused by the road.." Damm I was totally thrown out of gears and all I wanted was to Call my Physics teacher @ school and ask how can we reduce the friction and still be on the road??...good thing I never called :-P




Anyways we were back in Noida by 12:30 and by 1:30 PM I was sleeping like a baby....

Things Learned-

1) Shit Happens
2) You can make your own time to do the things you like.."TIME NAHI HAI" is a lame reason..(I STILL GIVE them OUT THOUGH)
3) Sach aur sahas hai jiske dil mein, Anth mein jeet uski hoti hai :-P
4) Jaipur, Rishikesh, Lanesdown...plan anything..but in the end....Destiny has something else PLANNED for you all along...
