    Day 1 :- Mumbai to Nashik (21st April 2011).

As usual this ride is not new to me anymore now, every fortnight i ride to Nashik, this time also it is same, on 21st morning (i.e on Thursday) i left J B Nagar, Andheri East at 11:15 AM, via Powai, Eastern Express Highway, a good condition NH 3 started and i cruise till Kasara without a break, had a Cold Coffee at Cafe Coffee Day(CCD) at HP Petrol Pump just 20 kms before Kasara.

After that i kept my leg down from my bike directly at our building parking. got freshen, had lunch, and back to my work, this time, Washing, cleaning, Polishing and waxing of bike. all done by evening.

    Day 2 :- Nashik to Dewas (22nd April 2011).

As usual planned to get ready and start ride by 5 or 6 Am early in morning , but ....... got late and started by ride by 8 AM. As the Flyover work is in progress in the Nashik city, roads are digged out, lots of dust. till Pimpalgaon Baswant the work of NH4 is going on, after that Pimpalgaon Baswant - Dhule Patch of NH3 was fully equipped with 4 lanes, took deep breathe and cruised on NH3.

Stopped ahead of Dhule and before Shirpur for some refreshment, though not interested in eating, so had two glasses of "USAVCHA RAS" (Sugarcane Juice), took rest for 10-15 minutes. Now everyone who is passing by the stall is rolling the eyes on my bike. some of them recognized that it is Karizma ZMR, i heard one said "aare he tar tich bike aahe ji Hrithik chalavto, pan hi lal color che aahe" (its the same bike which Hrithik ride in adv, just a color difference) . i felt so proud.. , after they start asking me why you are dressed like this, Are you racing? i said no when i ride bike i prefer my safety more than anything else, i explained each riding gears and there importance, which consumed my 30 min which was worth after seeing some smile on the faces of them, finally they come to known how important is Riding Safe. and one Final Question raised by one person "Kiti Average Dete bike tmchi" ????

After riding some 80 kms, reached the last village of Maharashtra "Palasner". the road is pathetic as 4 lane work is in progress and heavy Truck traffic faced and hot SUN, i kept bottle of water with Glucon D mixed in it. .I have crossed the Maharashtra and entered the Madhya Pradesh first time on Two Wheeler.. feeling was great as its my first interstate ride. As soon as i entered Madhya Pradesh after few kms found 4 lane NH 3.

Now from here i enjoyed my ride, sexy 4 lane highway with less Truck traffic, cruising above the 95 kmph, finally my eyes come down and saw the Clock on console of my bike, its 1:50 PM, ohh hoo its time for some lunch now, so i starting to find some good Dhaba, but settled for one small one, which was quite nice, jst before sendhwa. i ordered one Shev Bhaji and two rotis. my went like this when i saw the quantity of the Shev Bhaji, it is more than sufficient for 3 person. they took almost 15 min to prepare the garma garam food, it was feeling too hot in that hot condition. while having food some truck drivers was also there, so again a Q&A session started,
Q1:- Are you going for Long Ride and how long?
Ans :- Yes, From Nashik to Dewas.

Q2 :- Are you taking ride test of the bike?
Ans :- , No, i am not, its my own, i am just riding.

Q3 :- Are you the Rider?
    Ans :- Yes, I am.

Q4 :- 200 ki Top Speed hogi? Nashik se Indore kitne time me aati hai?
Ans :- I said No, 200 nahi its 127kmph. its my first time, so dekhte hai kitna time lagta hai.

Final Question: Kitna Deti hai ek litre me?
Ans :- 35 se 40 km ek litre me..

Ohh ghosh.. finally dere question finished and i asked for bill, and the person shouted from desk Rs. 40, i said how much ????? he said Rs. 40 only sir... i was so happy ....had a tastefull lunch with full of quantity and just for Rs. 40. wowwwwwwwwwww.....

its around 2:45 on the clock, so i had sufficient rest and good tasty lunch. I left and saw Indore is still 140 km away, cruised above 100 kmph, I saw the console and felt that need to refuel the tank, so stopped at HP company owned Petrol Pump, as soon as i reached the station, one worker ran towards me ans asked me R U RACING? i gave him smile and said NO. he then start rolling his eyes on me and on my bike from all the angle. The Petrol was Rs. 62.57 per litre, which surprised me as in Maharashtra on highway's it is Rs. 61.35 per litre. I asked the fuel guy why it is 62.57 as compare to 61.35 in Maharashtra, he told me its company owned petrol pump so may be.

After riding some 50 kms saw a sign board showing Indore City towards left side, took left and here comes INDORE, slow down at 40kmph, to have a look around the city, reached Rajendra Nagar, took left turn and reached my intermediate destination i.e. Annapurna Nagar (where my wife is waiting for me), i called her as i don't known her room (she is staying with her friends in Indore), so she said u reached so early, i have expected you by 6 or 7 PM. so her friend guided me till her room and finally i had a that happy smile on her and on my own face by seeing each other. hugged each other.

spend some quality time with her (Kanchan), had a cup of tea with some snacks with some sweets and left for Dewas.

Thats all for today, will complete the blog tomorrow.

Sorry guys No Pics as i forgot to put my Camera in bag...

After many years i am hearing something good about M.P. roads.
My Mama used to say "M.P. ki roaden itni kharab hai ki yaha paidal chalo to bhi dhachke aate hain"
          translation
"M.P. roads are so bad that you'll feel bumps even while walking"
