As advised by Phaedrusarcher, once you deliver the permits to the different places(police, 17th Mountain division) you will have the necessary permission. We didn't know about these nor we were guided by the Tourism folks
but then we had our bit of good luck. So chill yaar as a dedicated biker is never betrayed by destiny. As per your itinerary all seems fine to me except Day5 and Day1. Day 5 will be mostly consumed by travelling to North Sikkim and I bet you will be late for your destination as you will find plenty of distractions as the views will be enchanting
. So visiting to Zero point is ruled out and moreover you should try hitting Zero point-Yumthang in the early morning as the views are incredible so try to raid them in the early morning. As per Day1 itinerary, I suggest, you concentrate on Peling wherein you will get to drive in zero visibility
because of dense fog on the roads. Moreover there is a Helipad there at Peling from which you can see Kanchenjungha Peak and take snaps of your bikes on the Helipad with the peak in the background. If you are able to capture the shots it will be a good one and don't worry regarding the Helipad as it is for tourists and in the early morning it is deserted. I would suggest you to abandon Khenchepori Lake as it's not that beautiful and looks more like a big pond.On Day 3, you will get over with the passes by 12 noon if you start early and then you can invest the rest of the day in biking in and around Gangtok and that includes Rumtek monastery.

...better ride it.
