@demon, The trip was small only in terms of distance, otherwise it was one of the best trips of my life I highly recommend a ride there!

nice trip there buddy... good that u had rain and fog to enjoy... good that u reached there pretty early and safe.. i've climbed it some 3 to 4 times.. trust me, u would not enjoy climbing uphill in d sun... its not that scenic.. ever heard of dd hills? pay a visit there.. and yes, be early enough to enjoy d ride and the place.. i'm very fond of these places as i'm from tumkur..
A crash on d road may kill d biker n d bike, but d relationship btwn d bike n d biker never dies.

Its only next to d relationship btwn d mother n her baby.

DD hills looks like an awesome location! I'm still yet to come to terms with how beautiful a state Karnataka is. I've only completed one ride and I already have locations piling up on my list, I still have to visit Nandi Hills, Chikballapur, Chikmagalur, Badami, Coorg, DD hills, Anthargange, Shivasamudra... Oh well, one ride at a time

There is a small stream like structure in the temple. And there is a belief that if you are able to touch the surface of water, your sins are washed off

Oh yeah, that temple with the olakala teertha right? We touched the water, but the girls couldn't :P They'll be sinners forever I thought you were talking about the Girigangadhareswara temple right at the summit, i doubt if anybody even goes up there to open that temple up. Legend has it that there's a tunnel inside that leads right to bangalore Maybe next time we'll check it out
