    I have been to Ganpatipule many years ago, though by car, and was a frequent holidaymaker at Hotel Krishnali which is an awesome place to stay but nowadays a tad expensive. Nevertheless, I can only imagine doing a ride down to Ganpatipule and savoring the life and cuisine that the place has to offer.

    The monsoon pictures you posted are simply great and provides a brief respite in this heat by just looking at them. I for one will not be doing any rides this summer, so a lid off to you for attempting one.
    Thx buddy for the wishes. I had also been to Ganpatipule twice but in cages and I wanted to go there someday on 2 wheels.

    Despite of the heat, I wud prefer riding rather than sitting home like an lazy bum

          I was in Pune over the weekend and managed to take a picture of Asheesh's BSA Golden Flash. This was the bike that he was going to use for the Konkan Trip but did not end up riding.

                thx bro. 1st day we escaped heat as we had started early morning but the 2nd day we had to face it as we started return journey by 10am. I stopped at Chiplun to meet an friend by 1.30. She insisted to wait and start later so that we escape the heat. Glad that I listened to her and started later by 4

                btw... I've submitted my prologue yesterday but it hasn't been approved yet

                  Your friend's advise was sound and I am glad you paid heed. Some of my friends rode out Sunday from Pune on the Nagar road to deliver a RE. They left early morning but were toast on their return by lunchtime.

                  I'm sure your log will be approved soon. Guess, good things come to those who wait. Ha!
