Sure Ganesh. Will provide you the directions to that point if not a map. I was just following my uncle who took me to that spot. Have asked him about directions to that.

Thanks Sri. Yes, after Virudhunagar the traffic was minimal and we were having a blast

Sorry for the OT Posts Manoj

                  --

Ask for Sunset View Point - And keep riding towards South (the Sea will be on your left) - Eventually you will land up near the sunset view point (You can ride till the end of the road (after this a village would start if i remember)

                  About Less popular beaches :

                  1) Vedaranyam / Point Calimere, Tamil Nadau

                  2) Poovar, Kerala

                  3) Tarkarli, Maharashtra

                  4) Pichavaram, Tamil Nadu (You need to take a boat from Lake onto the sea shore)

                  5) Mandapam Beach, Before Rameshwaram (Ask for Hotel Tamil Nadu) - Here you get your own private beach at 600 Rs for a sea view cottage!

                  6) In Kovalam (Near Poovar) Kerala, There are like 3-4 Beaches - I think Eva Beach is very less crowded.

                  7) Marvanthe, Karnataka

                  8) Rathnagiri, Maharashtra (If you just want the view, Climb over the cliff on Ratnagiri and pitch in a tent at the end of cliff over looking the sea)

                  9) Harihareshwar to Shirivardan, Maharashtra - Amazing Sea View Roads with excellent tarmac! Hardly any crowd in the beaches.

                  10) Pulicat, Tamil Nadu - AP Border. Take a boat ride from Lake onto the beach. One section of beach is not clean but the shore side hardly has any crowd / plastic disposals.

Hey the 2nd pic, is it the same place where the scene of Singham showing Prakash Raj walking with his big convoy following him was shot?
