Soon enough RE will set up an online forum for all registered participants where all such common queries will be answered and the trip plan will come together. From what I gather, they will lend us a helping hand in getting our beasts there as well.

This is all very nice, but it will work out to be very expensive. Those who like to go their own way, or do not own a RE, can easily do the same trip in less monies and also have a gala time at their own sweet pace.
