    Day 4:- Beautiful MunnaR!

The usual we woke up around 6.30am and our plan was to Visit Top station and few important places and by evening we planned to reach thekkady.we came outside there was slight drizzle had a cup of tea enquired with the local people what are the important places to visit as we don't have time we decided to visit only few places.started our ride towards the top station every place looks scenic am not able to ride continuously atleast for a mile, then there we stopped to capture the beautiful moments and finally reached the top station.spent some quality time over there and we head back to our room started packing our bags and around 2.30 we started from munnar and our plan was to reach thekkady before dawn.Roads were superb narrow in certain place we need to be more cautious at one point of time I realized that we are riding through the clouds the joy the happiness we felt cannot able to describe in words.

    Top station:-

    Exhausted to climb these steps

we spoke with them for atleast an hour nice people bought the tea chocolate for my parents and for my Girlfriend.

    Munnar to Thekkady

    Riding through the clouds

    Fantastic Roads..!!

Finally we reached thekkady around 7pm and found a nice decent lodge and went out for dinner and we hit the sack around 10pm after watching t20 match.

Day 5: Thekkady Wild life! :-

The return Journey :- back to chennai in full stretch or do we visit another hill station kodaikanal.. stay tuned

Day 3:- End up with Few Disappointment

we guys woke up around 6.30am and again we started speaking about leeches. Infact it clearly shows that we guys are shaken up by leeches especially sriram :P Today our plan was to Visit Athirapally falls and before Dawn need to reach Munnar.Morning we went for small ride near the falls had a cup of nice hot tea enquired about the falls when they will open and we visited few nearby places later came back to the room got ready to visit the falls.

    Evil Eyes

Still he's in shock look at his legs

To our disappointment I came to know that we cannot take bath under the falls we guys disappointed a lot because we thought it will be similar to kuttralam so we went inside spent few hours and returned back to our room packed our stuff and left the place around 11.30am.

    The resort we stayed.

We decided not to take forest route to reach munnar[I think you guys may know the reason behind :P] so we took Chalakudi-Bypass-reached perumbavoor and from there towards munnar.we stopped in few places for Photographs and finshed our lunch at Perumbavoor and our next destination going to be munnar.Again we miscalculated we thought we will reach munnar around 6.30 but rain played the spoil sport finally we reached around 8.30pm.

In kerela you cannot see a straight road that's guaranteed

Day 3 went so ordinary nothing to brag about searched for the lodge settled with pretty ordinary one and completed our Dinner and by around 11pm we hit the sack..Day 4 gonna be the more exciting day of all and we are pretty sure about that.

    Day 4:- Beautiful Munnar

Leeches doesn't have eyes it can smell Blood and attack us.
Leeches used for medical purposes and it sucks only our bad blood.
Leeches saliva also contains a substance that blocks Nerve transmission from the pain and it attacks directly the nerves that's the reason it takes time to heal.
Leeches will be at the ground or at the tress once it detect the blood smell it jumps Omg Yuk..

    Leeches versus Riders!!

This is one of the type of leeches found largely in Athirapally forest.

We entered the forest after few kilometers we stopped and look around 360 degree view of the forest it was scary. The place looks exactly from the movie Avatar large kinda leaves huge tress it was dark inside the forest we were so happy started playing like kids jumping around taking pictures using my tripod we are enjoying but we didn't realize at the same time leeches also will be enjoy by seeing the Humans. After a while we planned to move from there when I start my ride heard a huge shout from Kaarthick Leech..!! I thought he was kiddin but came near to him and it was a leech over his Bag yuck looks disgusting and when we started to look closer Leeches were there all-around. Omg we were scared like anything started looking our rain gear to my bad my rain gear exactly same color of the Leech am not able to find any in my rain coat we started from there and roads are worst at that time I relaised we wasted valuble 20minutes.

LoL Poor people we didn't realize we will be attacked by leeches while we having fun

After few km of riding again heard huge shout this time it was sriram. He stopped and removed his helmet leech was inside his helmet I was shit sacred and I shouted at him to wear the helmet back
and we decided not to stop anywere but after 30min of riding found a beautiful scenic place decided to take photograh when I removed my gloves I found a leech in my hand sucking my blood happily but I didnt panic I brought a salt[Suggested by Manoj thanks Machi]put it on the leech and it falls off.sriram felt uncormatable near the toes when we raise his pants able to see six leeches sucking his Blood wooahhaa everyone is shit scared applied the salt removed the leech again we started to check one another near the Neck ears and we started from there roads were started to improve and we started to ride fast previously we able to see few cars but later not able to find any it was complete dark dense Forest time crossed over 6.45pm and we stuck inside the forest we prayed and our aim to reach the checkpost.

    Dense Forest.

kaarthick and sriram decide to follow my ride due to poor visibility. 220 has projecter so they followed me and we were zipping and riding fast inside our heart we were praying that our bike should not give us any issue we rode continuously hoping to see the checkpost after 90min of fast riding we reached the checkpost had a sign of relif but we were tired.checkpost guy asked for the slip which I didnt receive from the Previous checkpost.
we waited for 10min and they enquired with other checkpost using cellphone and again they note down the vehicle no, name and they left us.Sriram was still scared again he stopped and looked for leeches at that time his bike fal andl the clutch lever gone Kaput I told him not to panic went near the falls had a cup of tea enquired about the lodge again to our Bad all the Lodges were booked due to cinema shooting.Near the tea shop a guy came near to us and enquired about the bike etc for time pass we also told the whole story about the ride and he was so excited finally when we ask him for his name he introduced himself as srinivas Production manager for the movie.spoke with him for a while and we left the place to search for the lodge.few people suggested to go Chalakudi which is 30km from here but
we were so tired so decided to look for the lodge near the falls we found one kinda expensive but we are dead tired so decided to stay over there finished our dinner, took a nice hot bath unpacked all our stuff to look for leeches found few and we tortured them and finally killed them He he.. Finally we slept around 11.30 dreaming about Leeches.

Valparai To Athirapally We will Never forget the stretch in our life time.

Day 3:- End up with Few Disappointment
