So, you might've Guessed it now, Yes. The Best time to be up there is Early Morning!! Well, they allow you to enter at 8.30 AM, because before that The mist is so dense, It's impossible to ride.and at 8.30, mist enroute will clear a bit, but up on the hill it'll still be there!

Awesome ride to GSB! and awesome are the pictures i must admit. They look so crisp, especially the downhill ones
. By the way, one suggestion, do start at night from bangalore so that you can reach GSB early morning, around 6ish. You will get a complete different experience, the hill actually remains covered with clouds, hence the name Himavad Gopalaswamy Betta 
. Seeing the pictures made me feel like going again. Cheers and ride safe!

Not sure, if you are aware, this place is now strictly monitored by the forest officials, they don't allow the visitors to remain on the hill top for more than a certain time. Once upon a time boozers had started screwing this place. Luckily the forest officials had some other plans.
