Till now i have not understood what the title means

BTW, I got fed up of my run in period and riding at 40kph or 4000 rpm less. So I want to suffer it whole day today and end it off. I went on a 400km trip near Nanjungud and a place called Kanaka giri, it was off the normal travel chart for me.

what has shocked me is that for 3.7 liters of SPEED my bike has gone on for over 250km and is still to enter reserve!! that's almost 70km/liter!!. What has autoservice done to my bike!! they made it into a BOXER

                LOL

but seriously, More than 70kmph on a P150 is too much.............I too always use "speed".....I get 41kmpl in the city and 46-48 in the highway..........

I wonder how you guys get more on the highway. Practically, at high speeds, there is more stress on the engine that reduces the mileage.

Neither do I praveen. I get pathetic low ones like 35 to 40 km/liter. But this trip was ridden with 40 to 45kph speed maintaining less than 4500 rpm throughout maybe that's why.

I have "officially" complained to the auto service guy that he has turned my bike into BOXER

Quite true man, but u dont keep decelerating and accelerating like u would do in city conditions right? Usage of brakes is also reduced. Moreover these highway figures are normally calculated with 80kph as constant, not the 120kph rips that we do!

It was, just there there were 2 different groups, with 2 riders each, with exactly the same plan. So we thought there must be no harm in tagging along!
