  • Ahmedabad - Delhi - Makarsankranti Special

    Hey All,

Am planning a ride from Ahmedabad to Delhi - leaving on the 14th Jan from Ahmedabad.

Plan so far is to leave Ahmedabad on the 14th morning at about 0500hrs, reach Jaipur before night fall.

Leave Jaipur on the 15th morning and reach Delhi.

Haven't made any plans for the weekend - but planning to leave back either on Monday morning or Tuesday morning. Not yet confirmed.

I know its a kind of short notice - but then made the plan myself today evening only. Will be doing it on my STD 350.

Anyone interested in the plan, either for the full journey or part there of - more than welcome.

    Cheers
    The Goat

All the best. Have a great time. Maybe the bigwigs here like Aryan or Leon can organise a reception breakfast during the weekend or something like that...
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

                      Boss,

Amdavad to Delhi is peacefully possible in an extended day. With a 530am start, I had reached jaipur bypass (10km to city) at 715-730pm or so. That means Delhi is another 3-3.5 hours away!

                      Do consider.

                      Best wishes

I think he would prefer to have his butt in one piece..

Okay, jokes apart, if I am correct Born2Lead has also done (Baroda - Delhi) in one day, that too with a pillion! It is possible, actually.
                        :)

Ofcourse it can be done. But why break your back, wrists, butt and your motorcycle? Life is a degenerating process I agree. But one does not have to further accelerate it.

Hey dude, if you're making it sometime soon then try to delay it if you can.

ill be arriving in delhi on the 30th of january
and ill leave for ahmedabad on the 12th of february. ill be transporting my bike via railways from bangalore to delhi and from delhi ill ride till ahmedabd.

if you are convenient with the dates let's form a plan ASAP !
