Very interesting narrative and it is mighty good of you to have shared this unusual experience here on the forum. Chlorine poisoning while riding a bike at speed is what no one expects! Milk of course being very mildly acidic compared to the Hydrochloric Acid vapor forming inside your esophagus did help in neutralising some of the acid's toxicity. A very important lesson learnt. Reminded me of something I had read about a longtime back on the internet. It is about how vapor rising from sun-block cream when trapped inside a full-face helmet while riding on a bright and hot summer day virtually blinded the rider for a short while. Read it here:

I can only say it was just a stroke of good fortune that I remembered this traditional remedy and was also able to get it on the road.
Makes one realize and respect the myriad forces working around you that could change the game in a blink of an eye.

I don't click many pictures when I ride solo. Just a few which really appeal to my heart or of signposts to let friends know where I am.
Was also short on time so only stops were fuel stops.
Here's my ride (though no longer with me now)
This is from a trip to Lavasa

Re: A Breath - Taking Ride (Literally)
Hey that was a great learning! A solitary reaper is always exposed to one or other hazard. That is the price for the incredible happyness of loneliness.
One while riding at reasonable speeds in tamilnadu on a sunny day, suddenly I felt, very cold... My heart was beating lime at 16000 rpms! I felt like the soul is walking away, I found myself no good to ride as I left the throttle with my trusty friend. two of my friends laughed at me and said you are alright. Their way of saying "you are good enough" I was completely dehydrated and my body temperature was high. Lost sense slightly!
I had to restore myself on a roadside shop before I get back on job.

Re: A Breath - Taking Ride (Literally)
shv18' s thread on his FZ modification is a bible for guys who want to more from their motorcycles and yet avoid common pitfalls like plug and play kits.
They say fast and cheap is not reliable. Well, Race Concepts kits are in no way cheap but they sure aren't very reliable too!

I wish to rate this 6/5 stars for this thread, unfortunately xBhp doesn't allow me. Can't appreciate you enough to share this. Thanks.
Thanks for your kind words. Means a lot coming from a pro mile muncher like you!
