Me and Wifey went on a short holiday cum bike tour on 20-22 Dec. 2013 to Dapoli. The trip covered Dapoli, Karde Beach, Goa Fort (Harnai), Fattegad Fort, Kanakdurg Fort, Suvarnadurg Fort & Kadyavarche Ganapati, the route taken was via khopoli - Mumbai Goa Highway to avoid bad roads in other shorter routes. We left Pune on 20 Dec. 2013 and reached dapoli, then went on to Karde Beach and dumped our saddlebags etc, took some rest, then roamed around on nice, clean, peaceful & uninhabited kind of beach. there were very few tourists on beach, it was kind of a secluded beach with only few beachside resorts. our resort was also right on beach. clicked some photos, had nice dinner with lots of sea food for wife.

Next day we started early after having breakfast to visit all these places and by sunset we were at kadyavarcha ganpati. returned home, had dinner and some rest. next day was mostly relaxed, woke up quite late. then after breakfast i washed my bike (primarily the chain) coz it had quite some amount of sand in it. then after some time started the return journey.
