  • [Photo Feature]: Comeback thread! Video - The katoom rides to Chikmaglur and Kemmannugundi..

Well, it has been too long since I posted anything here and although have been hooked to many threads, life had different equations. Nevertheless, here I am gentlemen, back to the loving forum again!

Me and my friend, each on our KTMs and one other friend on a TB350 made the Bangalore- Chikmaglur - Mullayanagiri-Kemmannugundi-Bangalore ride last weekend.
It was one hell of an offroading experience, took a toll on our bodies and the bikes. Am so impressed with the fact that even after such torturous treatment to the rides, they held on and delivered fantastic performance.
The 25kms from Mullayangiri(it had wind speed of around 70kmph when we hit the top) to Kemmannugundi was one of the most challenging and engaging ride for me.
More than 10 water crossings, visibility was down to less than 50-70 feet for the most part, rain, and no roads

Here is a video I have edited. Hope you all enjoy it.
The HD version is pretty awesome on TV but size is shockingly 1.3GB

Road condition was pathetic ... still a very good video.
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

I'm a responsible rider. It doesn't matter what you ride, but what matters is how you ride.

                Haha, thank you so much!
Well, as a matter of fact, there was nothing much left in that route other than slush and mud
I do have tire protector installed in my tires but nevertheless, during the entire stretch, I never imagined the thought of a puncture and just rode on.
Pushing the luck too far, if you can call so!
